
Rachel Morin, Compensation Analyst, supports Alpha’s partners by managing provider payroll calculations and incentive structures, ensuring accuracy while identifying trends that inform forecasting and performance. She focuses on streamlining processes and building scalable systems that reduce manual work, helping alleviate the administrative burden so partners can stay focused on their teams and patients.
In her role, Rachel operates at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and HR, translating complex compensation data into clear, actionable insights. She manages and optimizes bonus plans and incentive structures to align with business goals, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all compensation processes.
Prior to joining Alpha, Rachel worked with Azul Cosmetic Surgery under the Aesthetic Partners umbrella, and InBloom Health + Medispa, one of Alpha’s current partners. She holds certifications in multiple coding languages and a Master's degree in Clinical Data Analytics, bringing a strong analytical foundation to her role.
Rachel loves that her role challenges her to combine her passion for the aesthetics industry with her strength in data. She enjoys understanding the “why” behind problems and takes pride in not just identifying solutions, but building them.
