She is responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, including bi-weekly payroll, bonuses, and partner compensation, while managing Paylocity, reviewing timecards, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
In her role, Michelle supports managers, employees, and partners by answering payroll questions, resolving issues efficiently, and improving processes to ensure accuracy across all systems. She works closely with HR, Benefits, and Finance to maintain clean, reliable payroll data and bring consistency to every pay cycle.
Prior to joining Alpha, Michelle worked at Community Veterinary Partners and Endo Pharmaceuticals. With 40 years of experience, she brings deep expertise and reliability to her role as Payroll Manager.
