As an FP&A analyst, Lydia supports Alpha’s partners by delivering clear, data-driven insights that guide strategic decision-making. She prepares consolidated financial reports, identifies trends across the business, and conducts scenario analyses to support key initiatives. During the budgeting process, she works closely with partners to align financial goals with operational plans, crafting a roadmap tailored to each business’s needs. Her work ensures partners have the financial clarity and confidence needed to make informed decisions.

At Alpha, Lydia works at the corporate level as a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, supporting forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning across the organization. She prepares and analyzes consolidated financial reports, monitors key performance indicators, and delivers actionable insights to senior leadership. Her collaboration with departments throughout the organization helps align financial goals with operational strategy. Lydia’s work plays a key role in supporting Alpha’s growth through financial transparency and data-informed decisions.

Lydia is a graduate of Siena College and a proud alumna of GE’s Financial Management Program, a highly selective two-year rotational program. Through this program, she gained experience in FP&A, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and Finance Transformation, while also engaging with senior leadership and completing rigorous coursework. This experience built a strong foundation in business finance and positioned her for success in her current role at Alpha.
