
Eric Redd, the VP Corporate Controller at Alpha, supports partners by ensuring they have reliable, accurate, and timely financial reporting they can confidently use to make decisions. He focuses on driving consistency and quality control across financial processes, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring operational systems align with financial reporting. Eric also works closely with partners to help explain financial performance and provide clarity around key business drivers.
In his role, Eric leads Alpha’s corporate accounting and financial reporting functions, helping build the financial infrastructure needed to support a growing organization. He plays a key part in acquisition integration, audit readiness, internal controls, and the development of scalable accounting processes that support both operational visibility and long-term growth across the platform.
Eric is deeply passionate about accounting and finance and values building strong partnerships between operations and finance teams. He enjoys helping make complex financial concepts more approachable and believes clear communication is key to strong decision-making.
Prior to joining Alpha, Eric held roles with organizations including Anixter International, Leo Burnett, and Pactiv. Over the course of his 20-year career, he has contributed to large-scale ERP implementations and helped design and build financial departments for multiple private equity portfolio companies.
