Lauren Larocca, Graphic Designer at Alpha, handles all design-related tasks to maintain Alpha's brand identity and support partners. She creates partner-branded digital ads, print materials, social media posts for partner launches, speaking announcements, and more. Lauren also manages special announcements on LinkedIn and handles new partner press releases. Additionally, she works on the Beauty Filter podcast by posting on Instagram, designing posts and captions, and editing video teasers. Her role ensures that partners have professional and impactful visuals to support their success.

Lauren loves being creative and working with the amazing team at Alpha. She finds joy in the creative process and feels fortunate to collaborate with such incredible people, who make her job truly special.

Lauren previously worked with notable companies such as the Sacramento Kings & Golden 1 Center and Esthetics Center, Alpha's first partner. Her experience at Esthetics Center has given her a strong background in supporting a med spa company, enhancing her ability to create targeted and effective designs for all of our partners.

Lauren has several notable achievements in her career. One of her most significant accomplishments is drawing the life-size mural of Kobe and Gigi Bryant that was on display at the Golden 1 Center. This experience showcases her dedication to her craft, which she now brings to her role at Alpha.
