Chris Balbi shows up at the Medical Spa Show ready to disrupt the conversation—literally. In true Chris fashion, he dives straight into the topic of AI with humor, insight, and real-world results. This isn’t theoretical talk about the future. It’s boots-on-the-ground strategy from someone who’s already using AI tools to grow his practice.
He breaks down the difference between machine learning and actual artificial intelligence before jumping into the wild side of AI: deepfakes, robot hotel bookings, and AI-generated images that raised eyebrows on social media. But it’s not just a tech rant. Chris shares how he built an AI-powered beauty report that brought in 190 leads, converted 35 into patients, and booked 22—all with one PDF hidden behind a contact wall.
The conversation moves fast, from AI editing tools to generative voice platforms, and even a quiz that booked 800 patients through a selfie-based assessment. Alongside Bekah and Kevin, Chris explores both the excitement and ethical tension AI brings to aesthetics. Can you trust content created by a machine? Do patients care? And how do we maintain the human element while scaling smarter?
For Chris, the takeaway is simple: AI won’t replace providers—but it will give them a serious advantage if they learn how to use it right.
